MySecureLicence Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
MySecureLicence is an app that helps you limit what others can reach on your device while you show your digital licence, provided by My Global Pty Ltd (ABN 33 702 956 885), trading as My Secure Licence. This page explains exactly what MySecureLicence does with your information. It forms part of our general privacy policy, which covers security, data breaches, overseas disclosure and how to complain.
At a glance
What we handle
- Your MySecureLicence settings and app-specific passcode, which stay on your device.
- Purchase status from Apple for in-app purchases (we do not receive card details).
- Basic diagnostics, such as app version and crash data.
What we do not collect
- The contents of other apps, including any government digital licence app.
- Your device passcode.
- Your fingerprint or face data. Biometric checks are done by your device and we never receive them.
- Location, contacts or advertising identifiers.
How it works with your device
- MySecureLicence uses features built into your device, such as iOS Guided Access and Apple Shortcuts that you install. These run on your device under Apple's controls.
- We do not read, copy, store or change your digital licence. It is shown only by the official government app.
- Your settings and passcode are designed to stay on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
Sharing, overseas and your rights
- We share information only with Apple (App Store, in-app purchases and the Shortcuts links), under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Apple may process data outside Australia.
- You can ask to access, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or make a complaint. We respond within 30 days.
- MySecureLicence is not directed at children under 16.
