MyShopList Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

MyShopList helps you keep shopping lists and loyalty cards and view grocery price information. These terms are an agreement between you and My Global Pty Ltd (ABN 33 702 956 885), ("we", "us"). By downloading or using MyShopList you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Important limitations of MyShopList

• Prices are indicative. Price, product and availability information may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Always check the price at the store or on the retailer's site before you buy. We do not guarantee that any price or product is available.
• No affiliation. MyShopList is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any retailer or loyalty program. Retailer, brand and loyalty program names and logos belong to their owners.
• Loyalty cards. Only add cards you are entitled to use, and follow each program's own terms. We do not run any loyalty program and cannot restore points, cards or accounts.
• AI features. Voice and AI auto-fill can make mistakes. Check your list before you rely on it.
• Store links. Links to retailers open their websites in an in-app browser. The retailer's terms and privacy policy apply there, not ours.
• Your data. Your lists and cards are yours. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and, if you use sync, your Apple or Google account.

3. Fees

Any paid features and their prices are shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms and refund rules.

4. Using the app

• Give us accurate information, keep your passcodes and accounts secure, and use MyShopList lawfully.
• Do not misuse the app, copy or reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation or security, or use it to harm others.

5. Our rights in the app

We own the app and its content, other than your own content and third-party material. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for its intended purpose. Your content stays yours, and you allow us to use it only as needed to run the app, as described in the MyShopList privacy policy.

6. Third-party services

MyShopList depends on services run by others, such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, cloud hosting and AI providers. Their terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep MyShopList reliable, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice where we can.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded. Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, and you may be entitled to a remedy if they are not met.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of MyShopList. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, we limit it, at our choice, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using MyShopList at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or where we must by law. Sections that by their nature should continue after that will continue.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in the MyShopList privacy policy and our general privacy policy.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Western Australia. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always on this page, and we will tell you of significant changes in the app or by email.
